I have never used a thermal printer and I sell a lot on eBay and I needed something that would make my life with a lot of sales easier. I probably have no problems communicating with my Macbook (running OS 10.13) as well as communicating with eBay. It's a really compact device. So if like me you're short on space, this is perfect. Comes with labels (50 I think) which worked great. There were one or two misfeeds, but these were quickly fixed and probably had nothing to do with the printer itself. Maybe it was me as this is my first time using it and the label feed (fan format) was a little wobbly when setting up my workbench. Generally smooth as silk. The print quality is excellent. No faded lines, dark black color, very clear and legible. I highly recommend this little printer if you need something to streamline your online sales flow. I will never go back to manual marking or the inkjet printer after purchasing this little device.
