Tried these out during a winter outing and some sledding with the kids. Really comfortable, stays warm, fits true to size (5'5" 155lbs), and definitely waterproof.I love that they're not baggy like regular snow pants, it's more like a fitted jean and can rock them casually (can even carry your concealed gun normally). The only thing I did not like was the knee area where the line/seam/pattern rubs against the skin. Did not need to wear a base layer in low 30's, and even started to sweat.
