I buy and use this size tip for ingrown toenails. Don't laugh, it works great, but like I said in the title, it tarnishes pretty quickly, especially when the only thing it's cutting is toenails. Toenails are pretty soft, so you'd think those tips would stay sharp for a long time (at least I think so), but they're not. Fortunately, they are very inexpensive. I only paid 2.63 for 2 packs. So costs are not a problem. If you have ingrown toenails and have never thought about them, you should try using them to fix them. It's a lot cheaper than going to the orthopedist and painless too. Simply start the groove where you want to trim the nail, then use many light strokes until you feel a tickle in the skin underneath the nail, indicating you've passed the nail and it's time to move on . These are very simple things. You'll find that the 107 is a good size too. Not too big and not too small. I wouldn't do less. I tried 105 bit but it's too small.
