I like that it is easy for people who have no technical knowledge at all or very little experience with computers/mobile devices (or both) because they are able to use this software without any problems after just one training session! It has been great so far but i am sure there will come times when something goes wrong - which happens quite often in life anyway- however these issues do get fixed quickly by their support team if reported within 24 hours from initial login. There isn't anything really bad about nexia yet other than maybe its not available everywhere around me although many businesses offer free trials before purchasing licences / subscriptions etc. If anyone was looking into mobile apps then definitely go ahead and try them out; especially considering how cheap some options were compared to others. We needed an app where our customers could download documents onto tablets easily allowing us access anywhere we went during service calls.
