They are very attentive & responsive in addressing any issues/concerns you have with their product or service - they work closely wtih us through every step from initial contact (including trial) right thru implementation! I'm also impressed by how quickly my account manager responds when we need help resolving an issue relating directly back into our own system.
The interface could be improved but this isn't really something for which there can necessarily ever truly 'be' anything else better out-of date software available at such low cost compared what other options exist now? We've been using them since 2011 without serious complaint so far about performance / ease of use etc., however it seems like if your looking specifically for some more advanced features then perhaps DTL might not offer those exactly where others may do just fine?
