Protects my 15-year-old's tablet (an Xmas gift from Uncle) well, the grip comes in handy when the tablet is being used as an ebook reader, the rotating stand is much more durable than I expected (hasn't broken yet and that is with a rough & tumble 3-year-old in the mix), I removed the strap out of fear the tablet's screen would get broken from my kid walking around with it slung over his shoulder & bumping into things screen side out. I got them in different colors to identify at a glance which tablet belongs to which kid, which is working great, the only issue is the black front frame is too fragile near the corners & has snapped (and been superglued only to break again) on several of them, hence the star deduction.
