The lids warp after the first use when storing hot dishes. I've read the reviews and it's true I've never tried pouring liquids into these containers because of this. If you need something for wet food or something that can be roughly transported, buy something else. Also, you can't put them in the microwave, which sucks. I bought them because of the Pyrex containers. I used to use plastic containers that got dirty, absorbed odors and kinda melted in the microwave. They don't leave stains or absorb odors, although they do take longer to heat up in the microwave. I've never tried putting them in the oven. I dropped one and it didn't break. They work out, which is nice. I bought this size for cooking and it's ok with portion control, I'm usually still hungry but ok for a 700 cal meal like 5 oz meat + veggies. If you need more space for another meal or dessert, order one size up.
