I really can't believe the sellers would send me such a low quality shoe rack. The beams came twisted and bent. Paint is chipping off and screws are falling out. Everything is shown in the picture I took. Yes, I have been using the rack for a week now, but none of the deformities were caused by misuse or overuse. I didn't get a chance to leave a review for this product when I got it, but I really just wanted to express my disappointment with the sellers now. However, I do want to qualify my opinions. The shoe rack is definitely still usable, but it hands down was not worth the 25 bucks.
