I like that we are able to track our performance through analytics reports which allows us to see where improvements can be made for future efforts with this software. We have no complaints about it as far as what is being displayed in real time or not. There really isn't anything that stands out negatively unless you're looking at historical data from another program such as Google Analytics. This has been an effective tool so far because it helps keep up-to-date records regarding how many people actually use each product/service offered by our agency. It also keeps all client information organized within one place rather than having multiple spreadsheets going into one database system.
