Cloudengage does a great job of helping us manage our PPC campaigns. We are able to keep track of all of our accounts and campaigns in one place. The interface is very easy to use and navigate. The reporting is very detailed and we can easily customize our reports to suit our needs. There are some limitations on the reporting side, but the support team is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. The best thing about cloud engagement is its integration with other platforms like Salesforce Marketing Suite to create one-stop shop for all our digital needs! You can easily configure various filters which makes searching much easier than with some other platforms out there - you don't have to search through pages or menus looking at different options in order to find what your are after (aside from knowing where everything actually IS!). I was able to use their software at no cost for one year which made it easy as well! They also have excellent customer support when you need them by phone or live chat if needed during business hours in US time zones - very helpful indeed!!
