I was really looking forward to this machine. Having bought a few humidifiers in the past that were decent but not very effective, I had high hopes for these. Easy assembly, clean, quiet. but for 10 days I've been struggling to find a good spot for him. Even at the lowest temperature on the first day, I found that my wooden floor was very damp. There are water stains on the floor that I cannot remove. Then I tried to pick the car off the ground and it completely destroyed my antique wooden bookcase. Water vapor sinks instead of rising and escaping and damaging the wood surface. I'm totally desperate, now I don't know what to do anymore. My bookshelf is destroyed and I have nowhere to park my car. Any recommendations?
