Review on 🔌 UNI-T UT202A+ Digital Pincer Multimeter: Accurate 600A AC Current Measurement with NCV Intelligent Technology by Steve Waldbillig

This is my first clamp meter although I am familiar with multimeters. So I need a guide. However, all instructions are in Chinese. I asked the seller where to get the instructions and they told me to go to the website and select English. I tried that and wasted a lot of valuable time searching and had no luck. It's frustrating to search for something that should have been included. But I would feel different if I could find something that might help. In any case, no matter how I try to use the current measuring part of the device, I get ridiculous readings, say hundredths of amps, where they should be closer. up to 5 or 6 amps. I'm obviously doing something wrong, but I don't know what. I've tried changing the scale, AC to DC etc but to no avail. The device's normal multimeter works as it should and decently. In fact, the whole device is solidly processed. It comes with batteries installed. Manufacturer UNI-T is a major manufacturer of power meters and other energy-related products. As far as I can tell they have a good reputation and I'm sure this device is pretty good. I am frustrated by the lack of any documentation in English and the difficulty of finding it online. It must be activated. It's hard for me to appreciate; As far as I know, it could be star tongs. So if you have experience with them, go for it. If this is your first, it's best to avoid it until the specs and instructions are provided.
