I love these bars, but I wouldn't call them a "healthy option". It's basically a candy bar with added protein. If I'm training for a long-distance run like a half marathon, I eat them post-workout for fast carbs. The protein content is just an added bonus. If you exercise regularly and control your weight, then this is a great option. Also, if you have limited self-control and "must" eat a candy bar, then this is better than other candy options. Otherwise, you might want to avoid them.
