Disappointed after such investments. I even bought extra mop heads expecting to love this mop. No instructions on how to assemble this mop and I was left to my own ingenuity to figure it out, although it doesn't require a rocket scientist to do so. There is no press on the mop, just a drip tray which is designed to squeeze out the water when pressure is applied by pressing the mop onto the tray. It leaves too much water in the pad and I can't use it on hardwood floors without wiping them down with a towel. The pads remove dirt well but the mop itself is a little flimsy and the pad attachment is flimsy. I expect not to have to worry about the mop for this investment.
