Summary: Don't waste your money. Buy heavy duty mats (like a horse stall mat) or the gym-quality tiles instead. We've had these in place for just about a month. We bought them to cover the carpet in a spare bedroom that we turned into a gym. We started having issues with the tiles not staying flat as soon as we placed anything upon them (like a bench or a weight rack). We've tried rearranging them in an assortment of ways to eliminate bubbling, but we also have issues with the tiles not remaining locked together. These might work better on a hardwood or concrete surface, but they're completely useless if you have carpet, as they slide around and cause the bubbling issues I mentioned before.Plus they are super flimsy, so beware when you're placing heavy items like a treadmill or a bike upon them - it's nearly impossible to keep them in place and they will rip.
