Motor is defective, but good customer service

Motor arrived defective. The pin on the gear keeps falling out but the company has good customer service and tries to help me. I would recommend this motor because it runs about 2 minutes before the pin falls out and it's a fast and good motor. In a healthy engine, the pin will not fall out.
