AIS is able to quickly turn data into useful information for my team, allowing them to make informed decisions for their own sales efforts as well as our client’s ones in order to bring about the best results possible! They are very quick at learning new concepts and adapting existing processes with ease; this has helped me immensely while working with them - it makes things run more smoothly. I honestly have nothing particular against Advantage but they do tend to have really great people who are willing/able to help others work through any issues or questions you may have. The fact that we can communicate easily over email helps keep timeframes tight for projects that need a lot of hand-holding along the way. It was originally only for Salesforce CRM purposes, however, now allows us to use all types of other applications as well. AIS is a great way to get all of your accounting and financial information in one place. The program is easy to use and the customer service is great. The program is not easy to use for new users. It is not intuitive. I would say that this is a great program for small businesses. I would highly recommend it. We use AIS to keep all of our accounting and financial information in one place. This makes it easy to see our financial information at a glance.
