Anchor Clip-On Harness is not designed for use with Payload or Carrying Capacity… Fire and smoke paratroopers. It's just a belt with less than a tie line on a single layer nylon webbing belt. The buckle is fine and the triangular part of the anchor is best used to double the extra webbing to prevent the strap from slipping. Not bad for $18, but I also didn't expect there would be a lap seat for emergency rappers... but I hoped. I don't know how expensive it can be to add extra stitching for reinforcement.
