I like that it has all of our billing information, patient info (including pictures), insurance claim status etc in one place! It's easy for me as an office manager/bookkeeper with limited IT knowledge because everything can be done online rather than having hard copies lying around. We have been able use this from home without needing any employees present at my location so we were not losing revenue due to being closed during normal hours or holidays when staff couldnt work remotely. The only thing about PDI was initially getting used too - but once you get familiar wth how things are setup there isn't much learning curve involved.
