The ability for me as an OD to be able to see reports of my patients that are not in our system, or have been lost from there; this has saved so much time! I like that it can be used for many different types of practices, from solo practice to group clinics with multiple locations. I like that it has all of our billing information, patient info (including pictures), insurance claim status etc in one place!
