I bought this valve because I have a rainfall shower head that was supposed to use 1 gallon per minute but actually uses over 2 gallons per minute. Don't get me wrong it's amazing but I always felt guilty watching all this water go down the drain more than I could ever need. Instead of buying a new shower head (an option my wife banned), I decided to give it a try. That works great. What I like is that it allows 100% flow, guilt to flow down the drain, with no limit to 0% flow and everything in between. I prefer to shower at around 50% flow, but when you're in the mood to throw caution and guilt to the winds, you can just reach out and quickly turn around, and in no time you'll be saving and showering a lifetime. Water for future generations with 2 gallons of water heated by burning dinosaur fossils.
