I like how easy it was to set up this system as well as integrating into our existing CRM tool (Salesforce). There are some slight glitches here or there but nothing that can't be resolved easily by contacting support team at armorvox directly - they're responsive! At least one of their engineers/support staff speaks Japanese so communication isn;t an issue when speaking via telephone call from Japan where we have customers who speak very little English. We were able solve any problems quickly which helped us keep customer satisfaction high.
