It helps us manage all of my client's social media campaigns in one place! We used it almost exclusively for managing Instagram accounts last year so I can't comment too much about how useful or not other platforms are but this has helped me keep track off everything from scheduling posts through analytics reporting - even when they're using multiple services we still get reports that give insights into what works best across channels which saves hours each week spent gathering data manually (or worse going back over old emails!). The ability add hashtags was also very helpful as there were some clients who didn’t have any keywords available due limitations set up by Facebook themselves at times; however since adding #tagging tools I've found those problems solve quickly without needing additional training/resources needed if you had only been relying upon manual searches before.
