Makes a noticeable difference for my application.
This one was a bit wider than I expected but overall it helps. At low engine speeds and when idling, the intake air temperature is lower. That helps a little with efficiency in city traffic. I've seen this help a lot on cars with air intakes near the exhaust manifolds.
