This printer was amazing when it worked! It's been working for almost 2 years and now the printer doesn't connect properly on iOS 14.6 - Paperang updated the printer software and it doesn't work anymore - the printer won't connect via Bluetooth! I uninstalled and reinstalled the Paperang software. I also reset the printer.... Still not working - I've tried this on 2 iPhones / same results. I emailed Paperang about this and they said I need to contact the Revain seller. Paperang is the manufacturer of this printer, but they don't want to take any responsibility! The printer isn't working and I found a solution! I ran it over with my SUV and bought a Phomemo printer and it works with my iPhone! What a scam! They sell cheap junk and don't want to help if there's a problem! Never again will I recommend or buy another Paperang printer - lesson learned
