I really like these.I got them for my awful period cramps and it's better than a hot water bottle because I can tie it around my waist, so when I lay down, it stays on my stomach instead of falling down like a hot water bottle. I can also walk around the house with it, which I can't do with a hot water bottle. It holds heat for a little while, not as long as I'd like, so I will need to microwave it again. One thing I wish it had was velcro instead of tie straps. Since it has tie straps, they need to be tied tightly to keep them up but then they are almost too tight that it cuts off my circulation. When I loosen the straps, it begins to fall down. If you're a woman and you want something to relieve cramps, this works wonders. Just wish it stayed hot a little longer.
