I am satisfied with the tool

I have no problems with either the tool or the manufacturer. My only suggestion for improvement is to have a training DVD developed by the manufacturer of the instrument and to enclose it with the instrument. I would be willing to pay for it. Without you-tube I would have sent the tool back.
