Also after reading all the glass breakage reviews I ordered this for my future leopard gecko last week and received it yesterday but the back of the glass was broken. Judging by the packaging, it was damaged in shipping. (Added photos from the first order showing how secure the terrarium was when shipped.) Emailed support and they responded the next day. Went to the petsmart store today and bought the last one they had (that way I don't have to worry about FedEx breaking glass during shipping. So this product review is based on what I received from petsmart. ValuePetSupplies customer service, though it is 5/5. Dimensions: 24.25" (width) x 12.50" (height) x 18.25" (front to back) in inches with frame. The terrarium INSIDE measures approximately 23" ( width) x 17" (depth). The tile is cut slightly smaller to give you room for your finger to take the tiles out to clean from time to time Raised corners Good for some air circulation to allow your UTH (Under Tank ) does not overheat. no mesh cover open at the top. Obs to block the top mesh in case you have queues. Opening the front (2-door) door is great for easy access. (You must use the EXO-TERRA -Rotate the logo to open the front doors.) I didn't know it was u m is a built-in door with a lock. So that's a plus.
