Judging by the packaging, it was damaged in shipping. (Added photos from the first order showing how secure the terrarium was when shipped.) Emailed support and they responded the next day. I bought this terrarium for a child that I look after through church. Aside from that, the closest thing I'd get to a gecko is in a Gieco commercial! This was intended as a Christmas present, but given the circumstances, I only received the undamaged device yesterday [2/9/17]. The front, back and bottom glass of the first terrarium were broken. replacement ordered. got a second terrarium, opened the lid of the packaging, examined the damage and did not notice it.
