Used with "Daddy Van's All Natural Unscented Beeswax Furniture Polish". Shirts or socks for buffing - namely for buffing excess varnish that has remained on it for a while. Very easy to use and do the job well. They're just the right size, with soft padding so you can actually buff quite vigorously without hurting your fingers or furniture. I haven't washed them yet, but I think they're cushions that you buy once and then pass along with the furniture to the heirs. I plan to use a clean one when repairing leather chairs - they seem to be good for everything including polishing/finishing silver/copper/brass items.
