Received this primarily because of an annoying squeak in our only carpeted room. I was probably just very lucky, but he completely nailed it with just one screw on my first try after finding the beam with the beam finder screw. Then I dealt with two more squeaks that weren't too bad. It's funny, but each of them took me several tries and 2-3 screws for each one, but I got rid of them. I had no problem with the plastic head breaker but I only used it on 6 bolts. Time will tell if it holds up. In general very satisfied.
