I like that you can customise your own courses with our tools. We also have modules which you cannot edit yourself which need using additional products such as VTS, etc.. The software could be more easy for people who are not very proficient at computer use/programming languages. This has made training new employees quite difficult when they had more advanced experience. For example we train customer service representatives of an air carrier about their job roles and responsibilities. I love how easy it is to use, it's very user friendly. The interface is simple and intuitive. It allows you to customize your learning programs with ease. There are many great features that can't be found in other platforms. It would be nice if there was an option for users who don't have access to a computer at home to learn. I recommend everyone try it out. We have been able to improve our team member retention rate by 50%. This has led to less employee turnover and better customer service.
