This is the perfect replacement for the 2001 Toyota RAV-4. This fan is mounted under the dash, on the passenger side, well below and slightly off-center to the left. the fan itself. This new one fits perfectly and the best part is that it works great! There is no sound of it other than air movement and what an improvement! You've never had such a good air conditioner! Thanks seller! Product update August 28, 2017 ---- The fan motor lasted a little over 1 year and died! The TYC folks said to speak to Revane about the lifetime warranty. They called Revane; They send me a replacement motor with a return label and I send the broken motor back to them. Thank you Revain for taking care of the plant! You are still the BEST! Now if one more of those fans had died. Calling the "technical support" number is a waste of time. They just send you back to Revain who doesn't know anything about how this scheme works with Revain! Eventually Revain figured it out and they arranged for a different fan/motor assembly to be sent to me as a replacement. That is a big problem. , but every time this happens you have to drive over 30 miles to the UPS store to return the broken one. This car must have a working air conditioner when it's over 100 degrees so unfortunately I'm stuck with this very unreliable product forever. - Original - Fan/motor assembly lasted 15 years before dying! How sad that we have gone back to this quality. Thanks Revane for helping me once again - I'm sure we'll talk about it again. We'll see each other soon!
