Most lights work fine, terrible customer service
10 out of 12 lights are working fine, 1 has a broken switch that is used to select the temperature of light and 1 flickers continuously. They have a Quality Control issue.Customer service seems to be non existent, nobody responds to the online chat nor they pick up the phone. They have disabled the typical amazon contact the seller option too.I am planning to return all the lights, it's just that it's too much work getting 10 down from a high ceiling.Update: after the review was posted the vendor reached out and they promptly replaced all the faulty lights. And the lights are now all working great.
