These lights are garbage.

After being installed for a month or so, 2 of the lights have broke. They literally just fell apart and were hanging from the wires. I thought an LED light is an LED light. I am wrong. But to be completely transparent, I bought these once before and they were great. Unfortunately, a power line (ground) failure blew all of the LED lights and ceiling fans in the house. So, I bought another package of them based on prior (good) experience. Evidently they have changed the production process because

Most lights work fine, terrible customer service

10 out of 12 lights are working fine, 1 has a broken switch that is used to select the temperature of light and 1 flickers continuously. They have a Quality Control issue.Customer service seems to be non existent, nobody responds to the online chat nor they pick up the phone. Poor quality control.

Update - seller sent me a box of replacements. All the switches on those are good. Updating to 4 stars. Would be 5. But I think they still have quality control issues.Pros - the ones that work are just what I was looking for and they would be a 5 star product if it weren’t for the cons.Cons - only 5 out of 12 were usable. 7 of them the adjustment switches on the back didn’t work. Great, but only comes with 7 adapters for traditional screw-in recessed bulbs!

These are great, but if you need to replace more than seven standard screw-in recessed lights, do not buy!There are SEVEN standard screw-in adapters in the box. Why seven? Who knows, but the product photo on Best Buy shows twelve lights and all have adapters for standard sockets. Sure, it's just one photoshopped 12 times, but it's not representative of what you get in the box. Good Value, Bright Light, Easy to Install, Great Customer Service!

We have been using Sunco Recess lights exclusively in the past and tried these 6" recess light in our new construction site. We tried both 5/6 Inch LED Recessed Lighting, Baffle Trim, CRI90, 15W=100W, 1100lm, 5000K and 4” LED recess lights. We also installed these lights in retrofit project with E26 base adapter and TP24 connector. Good value and bright lights. Worked great for replacing CFL

I purchased these to replace my CFLs in the kitchen. I was able to easily modify them by cutting off the screw-in base adapter and wire to the existing ceiling can. (I followed an online YouTube video that explained how). These are very bright and having the ability to adjust the color temperature is a big plus, since I was not sure what setting would be best for my situation. The springs hold the lights flush against the ceiling and look great.

Installed easily, all worked perfectly

Ordered 24 of the 3,000 degree to replace a mix of floods, CFLs and LED bulbs. All 24 worked out of the box and they installed in less than 5 minutes each, including the time to remove the old trim from the cans. The springs are nice with chrome plated double coils and they are adjustable with a screwdriver to fit 5" cans (we had 2 of these - the rest were 6"). Bright lights work well with a dimmer

Replaced 14 cfl recessed lights, look much better, cleaner lines, brighter, room looks ten years younger. There is no guarantee on how long the lights will last!

So much brighter than previous CFL bulbs and much more energy efficient. Can easily change colors with the flick of a switch. Will purchase again if they’re needed in the future

These lights are much less expensive than similar products on amazon and so far are just fine. Packaging is quite basic but OK as long as not abused during transit. Ill order more.
