Poor quality control.
Update - seller sent me a box of replacements. All the switches on those are good. Updating to 4 stars. Would be 5. But I think they still have quality control issues.Pros - the ones that work are just what I was looking for and they would be a 5 star product if it weren’t for the cons.Cons - only 5 out of 12 were usable. 7 of them the adjustment switches on the back didn’t work. So I could not change the color.I will update if the company provides replace the or if I have to take out the good ones and return all to Best Buy.
