I bought this for my son who had traumatic brain injury. He has struggled with sleep problems for years, a fairly common problem after TBI. He takes 4 different medications to help him sleep (little success) and he has CPAP for central sleep apnea. He often twitches when he wakes up so after much reading and research I bought this blanket for him. HE LOVES IT SO MUCH! He seems really well and rested as twitches are kept to a minimum under the weight of this blanket. He was always trying to wrap himself up in his sheets and blankets, so I wish I had invested in them a long time ago.
