Complete junk of hardware

First of all, I've had and installed digital locks before. It's garbage. The first one sent had a broken radius insert for the door. In the second case, the bolt didn't come out all the way, the lock didn't work, and the programming instructions were a mess. I've tried so many settings. free, close, medium. Then after trying to get the digital part to work, the door lock got stuck and never worked again. In the end it's pure junk. I'll send it back and get a better brand. I should have known better than trying to save a few bucks. You get what you pay for.
