Didn't work properly.

Looks good, a bit tricky to install but doesn't work properly. It was too noisy and something was stuck inside preventing the cycle from completing. I had to return the money as I was afraid for the quality and didn't dare to buy a replacement.

Can't tell if it's locked

When the door is closed I can't tell if it is locked! I have to open the door and look outside. Very frustrating. But I need a lock and I can't send it back and wait. Installation wasn't bad, except that it was very difficult to snap the external handle into place. And there were no instructions to cover it.

Good enough for hardware

High quality garage door keypad. Be careful where you place the wiring, which can be easily damaged if placed in the wrong place. Otherwise a fairly simple structure. The instructions for reprogramming codes and adding new codes were confusing. A help video walking you through this would be helpful but I couldn't find one.

Complete junk of hardware

First of all, I've had and installed digital locks before. It's garbage. The first one sent had a broken radius insert for the door. In the second case, the bolt didn't come out all the way, the lock didn't work, and the programming instructions were a mess. I've tried so many settings. free, close, medium. Then after trying to get the digital part to work, the door lock got stuck and never worked again. In the end it's pure junk. I'll send it back and get a better brand. I should have known…
