Review on VetMate Dogs/Cats Diabetes Monitoring Starter Kit (Auto-Coding) - Pet Blood Glucose Analyzer, 🐶 10 Test Strips, 1 Lancing Device, 10 Lancets – Calibrated for Dogs and Cats by Emma Jones

I was hoping I'd have luck when ordering this after reading some of the negative reviews but no luck. I used 2 test strips just to check their calibration with control solution. Both tests were out of range. Since it only comes with 10 test strips, I used 20% of them to make sure it was working. Also, the Lancer doesn't penetrate enough to draw enough blood. I know this because I tested the Lancer at maximum power and pressed it against the dog's ear. I managed to make 4 small red dots. I then used the Lancer from my personal diabetic tester and it had no problems taking blood and was not of the highest standard. In the end, due to an inaccurate calibration and a useless lancer, I decided to return it for a refund.
