Press and release, then press and release again, and if you're looking for real lemonade, press a third time. Does exactly what it says. This offers amazing flexibility. Want pre-packaged flavors? Sugar free or not? Fruit juice? You get that flexibility, and Pinterest has tons of links for drink ideas too. Please note it comes with a starter CO2 cartridge but there is a discount form to exchange for a full 60 liter carbonator. A really impressive device. We love it.
