A solid NCV. The display was easily visible and I liked the auto turn-off. It was getting different readings than my Fluke meter, but I got this just to have handy to check for live outlets. Of course, this device will confirm that an outlet is "live," but I never 100% trust a NCV to tell me a circuit is "dead."Not sure what the value of a battery polarity checker is.that should be pretty obvious for most batteries.Likewise the "screwdriver." It looks like one good twist and that Screwdriver/probe would snap off the plastic mount.In a real pinch that little LED flashlight might come in handy.only if I couldn't find my real flashlight
