My last office chair was a Serta and I really liked this chair, it lasted 3 years and was just great. This new Serta isn't like that at all, not even close. After 6 months, the seat cushion became flat and quite hard, it also put a lot of pressure on the legs and restricted blood circulation. No lumbar support after 6 months. And now the best part is that the base of the chair leans and flexes heavily to the left. To the point where I expect to hear a pop and be on the floor while typing this. Sure, I work from home and sit in this chair 8-10 hours a day, but even a $99 office chair from a local office store will last. for 6-12 months without a complete break. DO NOT BUY if you want something that will last or be worth your money. Now I will order a new chair.
