Review on ToughBag 65 Gallon Trash Bags by Sarah Cox

These bags are treated with chemical deodorant or insect repellent and the smell was unbearable to me. I think they tend to use a lot of processed food chemicals after eating. I left these bags outside in a tray in the sun for two weeks and the smell was still there. It was outside! I can't imagine these bags being kept in a household with young children. They may have breathing problems and can't even tell you. Will not buy these tough bags again. I also tried the 64 gallon outdoor tote bin and it smells the same: all chemicals. I won't be buying these again either. I need 60-65 gallon bags for my 60 gallon trash can and have kept searching and spending with no success so far. Just read the Revain review that the original Joe GJO01535 56 x 39 inch 60 gallon garbage bag is NOT scented or chemical free. I will buy them to see if they have any smell. If it doesn't work this time, I'll have to come up with another solution for my street trash.
