Review on Sennheiser GSP 670 wireless computer headset, black by Vanchay Peawang ᠌
Lousy product, low quality.
I purchased this device in Amazon under the product code 1162673. After 1.5 years, due to the crooked software, the dongle stopped working normally. Now this device is sold under the product code 1545071, while Amazon refused to replace this device under warranty with the same model, although the GSP 670 model, all characteristics, Sennheiser inscriptions are present on both headsets. In the inscription, however, they changed the font size, and that's it. But now it costs 10,000 more, so Amazon does not want to replace it. They offered me to change to the younger model 370! I took the money and decided to take a headset from another manufacturer, I hope there will be no such problems. I am also the owner of a TW2 headset from Sennheiser, with it there are also disappointments due to the large delay and low sound level. I used to buy their wired headphones all the time, but their wireless devices are a quiet horror!

Too quiet sound when working from bluetooth. tested on different devices. When you turn it on via a dongle or USB, you hear louder, though there is still not enough amplification at the highest volume. 3. Terrible warranty support: if the dongle is not working, they refuse to repair it, I had to take the money back. But the solution to the situation could be simply replacing the dogle with a worker.
