Exceeded expectations

Use the plastic sleeve to remove the plastic cover from the inside opposite the mirror. Click on the edge of the wire block. and pull. Remove the three 10mm nuts, pull out the old one and put in the new one. Remember to reuse the foam pad that you remove. Don't go crazy tightening the nuts, but make sure they're tight. Couldn't be easier.
