This device exceeded my expectations. At first the big knot seemed a bit stiff because that's where it really goes in and works the muscles. But after 3-4 minutes. MY GOD! 😲 I bought this for neck pain, but it's incredibly versatile. It also felt good in the lower back. The warmth is subtle. The case is well made and very high quality. It is easy to use on almost any part of the body. I gave it 4 stars just for the pain relief because I haven't had it long enough to know for sure. I will update in the future. I also only gave 4 stars for ease of use because it's not clear or intuitive how to position it and how it should be positioned on the neck (left or right button). The manual doesn't illustrate this very well. I think an updated guide would be helpful. Overall, this device was worth every penny. I highly recommend it.
