I was initially so excited about this pump until I've used it a few times. I've had it for 24 hours and I'm ready to return it. The biggest problem is that it's unreliable. One of the pumps sometimes just won't express milk! It seems to work when my 30 minute session ends, one pump is full and the other is completely empty with just drops on it. This has happened 3 times out of 5 so far. I had to hook up another pump to drain (I got over 5 ounces after the pump failed to pump anything). on the one hand! Problem 2 is that it is not as powerful as my other portable pump and does not pump as much. (Average 1-2 ounces less per breast) Problem 3 is the buttons aren't buttons, just a touch. Therefore, they get knocked off easily when changing the settings or turning them off etc., ruining my pumping session. Issue 4 isn't really an issue, more of a preference, but the screen doesn't show you how long you've been pumping, how much pump battery life is left, etc. It only shows you the pump settings and level. So I often look down and wonder how much I have left, but then realize I have no idea because I forgot to check when I pressed the start button.
