Review on Saniflo 010 SANISHOWER Light Water by Anthony Montgomery

UPDATE: SANIFLO finally called back and said they would honor my warranty. So I've added a few stars for it, but it's not a 5 star product unless you can count on it to last at least a year. If it works, it's great. You can put the shower anywhere and you don't have to worry about it. But if it fails, like my shower did, the 2-year warranty might not be worth anything. I've been calling and emailing Saniflo for several days while the company's recorded phone message states that these are their regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Sunday. The phone prompt says the company is closed and to leave a message or call back during "normal business hours", which of course is the time I called. I'm assuming the company was shut down due to the pandemic. That is clear. Many companies are currently in trouble. However, if they don't respond to customers, it still makes the guarantee worthless.
