I have installed many curtain rods, blinds, roman shades and other window fixings. This curtain rod is the easiest to install that I know of. There are only two screws per side and they offer a molly for installing directly into drywall. The two brackets have screws to hold the bar securely in place. Other reviewers have said they won't hold up a heavy curtain, but if you properly attach a curtain rod to a wall that can support the weight, these curtain rods can hold the heaviest curtains. You only get four screws and four mollys, and the instructions are four tiny pictures printed on a cardboard label. You could probably install this curtain rod without instructions, but it would be nice if they included an extra screw or two and a molly. They're a pretty standard size so you can replace them, but I think that's an oversight.
